Kathryn is a partner in
DAMARC Quality
Inspection Services, LLC.
She has more than 18 years of boiler
experience in positions such as
office support person with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Labor
and Industry.
Kathryn
was also responsible during her
tenure for a variety of State of
Minnesota, Department of Labor and
Industry duties which included
positions with the Workers
Compensation Division inputting
injury claim reports for the
administrative law judges, boiler
inspection supply clerk,
administrative support to provide
computer input of inspection data
for the private boiler insurance
company's and State of Minnesota
boiler inspection personnel.
Kathryn understands the boiler
inspection industry through her hard
work and extensive work in that
capacity and through professional
relationships she has maintained
with the insurance industry and
state agency personnel. |

Mark Rudek |
| |

Mark has over 23 years of
experience in the
manufacturing, boiler
inspection and calibration
industries. His
expertise for the
manufacturing industries
include those associated in
power plants, both nuclear
and conventional,
refineries, calibration of
automatic combustion
controls and general
manufacturing and
fabrication practices.
As an insurance inspector,
he was trained in electrical
and plant fabrication.
His position has included
auditing and inspection as a
commissioned inspector.
Mark has over 20 years in
auditing experience to such
standards as ASME, ISO 9000
and ISO/IEC 17025.
Mark has worked as a
contract consultant and Lead
Auditor for major registrars
and accreditation bodies and
also has been recognized as
an ASME and National Board
designee to conduct
accreditation audits for
ASME boiler and pressure
vessel manufacturers and
National Board "R" repair
certificate holders when he
was employed as a
jurisdictional inspector.

in preparing
calibration
procedures in
meeting the
requirements of
ANSI/ISO/IEC
17025:2005.
